Ealing house prices going up

House prices increased by 1% in Ealing in July 2024

From Land Registry data, house price in Ealing are up 1% in July compared to June.

The rise contributes to the longer-term trend, which has seen property prices in the area grow by 4.4% over the last year.

The average Ealing house price in July was £549,466. Land Registry figures show a 1% increase on June.

Over the month, the picture was different to that across London, where prices decreased 0.3%, and Ealing was above the 0.6% rise for the UK as a whole.


Over the last year, the average sale price of property in Ealing rose by £23,000 – putting the area fifth among London’s 33 local authorities with price data for annual growth.

The highest annual growth in the region was in Greenwich, where property prices increased on average by 6%, to £457,000. At the other end of the scale, properties in City of London lost 24.2% of their value, giving an average price of £767,000.
