We would like to inform you of the emergency contact arrangements for our managed properties during the Christmas and New Year period.
If you experience a genuine emergency during this period (such as a serious water leak, total loss of heating or hot water, gas-related issues, or electrical hazards), please contact the relevant contractor below:

Please note that these emergency contacts apply only to properties fully managed by Oaktree (West London). For non-managed properties, tenants should contact their landlord directly.
Emergency call-outs and services may incur additional costs, especially during the holiday period. Any costs paid by tenants can only be claimed back from the landlord if the issue is valid, urgent, and reasonable, and where prior approval has been given where possible. Non-emergency issues should be reported during normal working hours.
We kindly ask tenants to use the emergency contact responsibly, and only for matters that pose an immediate risk to health, safety, or the property.
